For lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu, the DP cannot bring about a rotation if it loses in Tirana, Durrës and Elbasan. He said that these districts are leftist bastions and the DP has little chance of winning.
He further argues that Tirana has the largest percentage of employees working in the state and the votes of small parties are opposition votes that, according to him, reduce the DP's chances of obtaining mandates.
" The fate of the elections depends on Tirana, Elbasan and Durrës, and here the PS is at an advantage because the number of deputies from the south is double that of those from the north of the country, Durrës and Tirana have more than Kukës or Dibra."
If the opposition does not gain a lead in Tirana, Elbasan and Durrës, the government has won the elections. Does anyone have confidence that the DP can win in Elbasan, Tirana and Durrës? Tirana and Durrës have a stronger competition, but the SP has a greater advantage in Tirana, because the votes of the new parties erode the votes of the DP.
