Mentor Hima is the new administrator of OSHEE. He previously held the position of Director of the Sales and Collection Department at OSHEE.
He thus replaces Enea Karakaçi, who was appointed Minister of Energy and Infrastructure.
The latter is one of the darlings of the power tower, who has "eaten with several spoons" at the same time in every position. So, in addition to the main salary as director, he has also received several parallel payments in boards and commissions. A few days ago, the Pamphlet denounced the fact that he has simultaneously exercised supervisory and decision-making roles in institutions that are directly related to the sectors controlled by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
The situation raises strong questions about conflicts of interest, multiple financial benefits, and the way power relationships are built within public entities.
