According to the law, the property is also seized from the relatives of the accused, if it is proven that he has registered it in their name, including sisters, brothers, parents, cohabitants, etc.
In Berisha, we have the seizure of a number of apartments owned by his son-in-law, but in Meta there is no seizure.
SPAK is now verifying inside and outside the country, as it is learned that the investigation has been extended to Monika's brother, to Meta's father and to other people, including businessmen, who are suspected of having camouflaged assets in their name.
Only the wealth that they have declared to the ILDKP exceeds millions of euros, imagine how many others there are that have not been declared.
