According to the Tirana Court, on February 13, 2025, Blendi Klosi and his wife Nora Gega divorced, using Klosi's involvement in gambling as a reason.
The reason for the separation, allegedly gambling, was used as an alibi by both, because Blendi Klosi has been gambling intensively in casinos for 12 years with the millions given to him by businessmen, smugglers and traffickers and with lists of debts, while he has not touched a single penny from the family's finances.
A peaceful divorce with a notarial deed and going 'hand in hand' before judge Artan Çupi, is said to be the couple's scenario to save their assets from seizure, in the event of any rumored investigation, for the affairs that former minister Blendi Klosi has signed, through which he has acquired numerous assets.
One of the pieces of evidence that SPAK is investigating is Decision no. 54, dated November 27, 2018, for the false environmental permit of the Tirana incinerator, after which Blendi Klosi, as if by magic, received 1 villa in the "Green Coast" complex in Palasa and a 368 m2 villa in "Park Gate" in Tirana.
Blendi Klosi hid these two assets in the name of commentator Dritan Shakohoxha, but he hid many other assets in the name of his brother-in-law Erdit Ndue Gega, brother of his wife Nora Gega, who owns businesses and assets acquired after his brother-in-law's involvement in the "Rilindja" government.
According to the report that BKH has received from the National Business Cadastre and Center, Blendi Klos' brother-in-law Erdit Gega, has 7 plots of land with a surface area of 26 thousand m2, has hotels, restaurants and bars in Palasa, Saranda, Vlora, Lalz, Durrës and Tirana.
Brother-in-law Erdit Gega owns a property in the "Green Coast" complex in Palasa, converted into a hotel business, bar, restaurant and open entertainment environment, called "Whisky at Green Coast", located by the sea, on the second line of the "Green Coast" complex named "Nukli 192", next to Blendi Klos' villa, which he has hidden in the name of Dritan Shakohoxha.
This business, opened on January 28, 2022, does not pay taxes and does not present a balance sheet, because taxes treat the “Whisky at Green Coast” complex in Palasa, as a secondary address of the “Whisky Bar Event-Tirana” bar, another asset that Blendi Klosi has hidden in the name of his brother-in-law.
After Blendi Klosi's appointment as minister, brother-in-law Erdit Gega has opened businesses worth millions of Euros, such as “Roxy Bar Evente” on November 22, 2016, “Planet Bar” on January 23, 2018 and “Whisky Bar Event” on January 28, 2022 in the former Blloku area in Tirana.
He created the company "Agromimo" on April 25, 2016, with a farm and production center, collection and processing of agricultural and livestock products in Lezha and the companies "DG Sh.pk" on September 9, 2020 and "LEDOR-DO" on August 11, 2020, with water factories in Fier and Saranda.
Former minister Blendi Klosi and his wife Nora Goga have declared only 1 90 m2 house benefited from the privatization of housing in 1992 and no other assets.
While his brother-in-law has many assets and financing millions of Euros for the purchase of buildings and businesses, for which he has not declared tax balances, including 8 apartments in Tirana, Vlora, Saranda and Lalz.
It is said that these belong to Blendi Klosi, but even if they belong to his brother-in-law Erdit Gega; SPAK should investigate where he found 1.3 million Euros, just for the purchase and return to business of the hotel-bar-restaurant and entertainment venue "Wisky at Green Coast" at the "Green Coast" complex in Palasa./ Pamphlet
