2. The name of the company "Novartis Pharma Service Inc" came up in the affair of former minister Ilir Beqja, as favored in the monopoly of importing unregistered medicines, by changing the specifications, to eliminate 5 serious international companies.
3. According to police reports, the name of the company "Novartis Pharma" emerged on December 10, 2021, when 2 tons of smuggled medicines were seized at the Port of Durres, and on December 17, 2024, when 1 million tablets of medicines were seized in Rinas, which were also used for drug preparation, but were not included in the investigation.
The owner of the company "Novartis Pharma Service Inc" is Kliti Hoti, whom Sali Berisha has included as a candidate for DP MP on the closed list of Shkodra; while before bargaining with Sali Berisha, he was bargaining with Edi Rama's clan for SP candidates and with Tomë Doshi for PSD.

This is so true that if you want to find Kliti, you can find him at Ilir Beqja's luxurious restaurant "Gzona", which has now changed owners...
It is no coincidence, nor the fact that Kliti i Liri, Sali Berisha, Ilir Beqje and Tomë Doshi, have appointed their brother-in-law, Dorian Sadiku, as Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Business Union in Albania, in order to be as close as possible to the heads of the Ministry of Health, whose connections we will discuss below.
