But behind the millions of Euros of investments that Gjergj Luca has made in fish factories, restaurants and villas in Shëngjin, Durrës, Tirana, Elbasan, Korçë, Saranda, and expenses for the purchase of ships, lie dirty financing from drug sources, the business of which he carries out with a company that was suspended 8 years ago.
On December 5, 2016, the Serbo-Croatian citizen, Vladan Marinko Bojić, 61 years old at that time, a friend of Gjergj Luca from the time of international drug trafficking, created the company "Dando Fish Shëngjini" with a capital of 3.1 million lek and an address at the offices of the company "Rozafa Sh.pk" in the Port of Shëngjini.
But, 25 days after its creation, on December 31, 2016, Serb-Croat Bojić sold 51% of the shares to his drug trafficking friend Gjergj Luca for 1.9 million lek, while 6 months later, on July 31, 2017, he sold the 49% share for the same value of 1.9 million lek.
The fact that he was in the offices of the "Rozafa" company and that the Serbo-Croatian appointed the trafficker Agron Metvelaj, an employee and partner of Gjergj Luca, as administrator, gave clues to the SHISH, the Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Mafia, to trace the activity of the "Dando Fish Shëngjini" company.
During 4 months of investigation in the period February-June 2017, SHISH and anti-crime agencies established that under the guise of fishing and fish processing activities, drug trafficking was taking place through ships, boats, and vehicles of the company "Dando Fish Shëngjini", which in fact belonged to the "parent" company "Rozafa" of Gjergj Luca.

Two weeks after sending the information to Babloku, specifically on July 31, 2017, Serb-Croat Vladan Marinko Bojić left the company and Albania by selling the shares to partner Gjergj Luca, while the latter, after 1 month, on August 31, 2017, suspended the company's activity with the note "Temporary suspension".
In the National Business Center, the company "Dando Fish Shëngjini" is listed as suspended, but it continues its fishing and trafficking activities with the logo of the company "Fish Love Sh.pk" in the center of Shëngjin, created on July 7, 2018 by Agron Metvelaj, an employee of the company "Rozafa" and still the administrator of Gjergj Lucë's suspended company.
But the drug trafficking, carried out with the ships "Rozafa" and finalized with the vessel "Guja-Nr.0922", was discovered and this forced the owner Agron Metvelaj, Gergj Luca's puppet, to suspend the activity of the shell company "Fish Love Sh.pk" on December 14, 2019.
After 6 months, on June 22, 2020, they lifted the suspension and are continuing the activity of fishing, storage, import-export of fish and spare parts for ships, under the guise of which 'goods' pass.
Their warehouses are even adjacent to the police building in Shëngjin, but in the drug trafficking line, there is also the company "Ittica San Giovani Sh.pk" based in Shëngjin, where Agron Metvelaj is the director, who uses the ships and facilities of Gjergj Lucë's Rozafa company./ Pamphlet
