Another fact shows the millions of Euros that Belinda Balluku is doing to the state budget, as a super-minister in charge of energy, roads, transport, seaports, airports, mines, geology, aqueducts, landfills, railways, planning territory, the Agency and the National Nuclear Agency, weather and earthquake forecasting.
9 months ago, under the guise of the electricity crisis, Belinda Balluku brought to Vlora, 2 generator ships from Bangladesh for energy production, which have not been turned on for a single day, but are paid daily even though they should have started production on December 1, 2023 .
They are called "Tigri 1" and "Tigri 3" who are "swallowing" USD 93,000 per day in rent, which Babloku and Belinda do not pay from their own pockets, but from Albanian taxes for work not performed.
In addition to this fictitious rent payment, which has so far been 2.5 million USD for the two "tigers" of Belinda, the Albanians will pay the first check of 100 million USD, for their oil supply, through the tender opened by KESH, which requires the purchase and 100,000 tons of "HFO" diesel fuel for use by the two Bangladeshi ships.
Every time they accuse her in the parliament of the affair of 700 million euros in total with these two ships, Belinda says that her two "tigers" will save Albania from the energy crisis, when for 9 months they have been "locked up" in Vlora, even the energy who consume for themselves, are stealing from OSHEE.

Këtë e përcakton kontrata që ka hartuar Belinda dhe e ka firmosur Drejtori i KESH, Ergys Verdho me bosët e anijeve “Tigri 1 e 3”, ndërsa çeku i parë për t’i furnizuar me lëndë djegëse naftë, është tenderi 100 milionë USD taksa publike, që siç thuhet do t’i jepet “Bankers”-it.
