On the profile of the "Firdeus" foundation, Hoxha Elvis Naçi has posted his photo and this saying of the Prophet Muhammad: - "Whoever guides someone to do good, he earns the same reward as the one who did this good.".
But the facts show that Hoxha Elvis Naçi, for 9 years, has continued to collect and appropriate billions of donations from Albanians through fraud, calling in the name of the Prophet Muhammad, a sin that remains with him, but the crime must be investigated by justice.
Because together with his wife Fatime Naçi, brother Ilir Naçi, nephew Marvin Naçi, aunt's son Florian Brinja and the baxhanakun Andi Qinami, Hoxha Elvis Naçi has created a gang called "The Board of the Religious Foundation "Firdeus", with which, through the television show "Albanians for Albanians", he extorts his compatriots in the name of God's charity.
He has also created a support group of 12 people, registered in taxes as employees in the administration of the "Firdeus" foundation, led by his brother Ilir Naçi, declared as "Executive Secretary", nephew Marvin Naçi "Communications Manager" and niece Valeria Karameta "Logistics Assistant", who do not receive salaries, because they "work for the problems of Albanians".
At the head of the administrative group of the "Naçi" family is Lauresha Basha, with the position of Cabinet Director and a declared monthly salary of 2.6 million lek, in whose hands, Elvis Naçi passes all the financial documents of the "Firdeus" foundation for calculation.
With such experience in document cleaning, as a manager in several private banks, but also as a Cabinet Director at the Ministry of Culture; Lauresha Basha applies that "experience" to the "Firdues" foundation, as well as running the "Galeria 70" center for the collection, exhibition and sale of paintings, which, according to information from anti-crime agencies, belongs to Elvis Naçi and is used as a "laundry machine" for the millions that come from donations.
If SPAK decides to launch an investigation into Elvis Naçi's criminal financial activity, in addition to him, his brother, wife, nephew, niece, and the farmer who make up the board, it should question these employees of the "Firdeus" foundation:
- Lauresha Basha, Cabinet Director, "de-facto" director of donation management; Ediola Dushku, finance director; Enki Dishani, project coordinator; Vojsava Mile, project manager; Klodjan Bulku, logistics assistant; Shpëtim Kura, warehouse manager; Alboro Kortoçi and Edmond Greva, specialists who do propaganda for collecting donations, but also Mikail Pinjollin,
social media administrator, who blocks "Pamphlet" articles denouncing Hoxha Elvis Naçi's thefts through the "Firdeus" foundation.
The financial crimes of Hoxha Elvis Naçi must be investigated, because they are not a few food packages, used clothes and pennies, but millions of Euros, which he has collected and continues to collect from Albanians and businesses under the banner of the show "Albanians for Albanians", most of which he has appropriated and alienated into bank accounts and family assets.
A concrete fact is the fraud for the 168 apartments built in Thumanë after the earthquake, when according to the analysis "Number of Apartments - Cost per 1 Apartment", it turns out that 5.7 million Euros are missing, out of 9 million and 50 thousand Euros in donations, collected and declared as having been spent.
Following the denunciations made by "Pamphlet", Elvis Naçi has changed the number of apartments built in Thumana, making it 244 apartments, from the 168 he had declared during their inauguration and on the "Firdeus" foundation website.
These and other billions, in addition to using them to purchase villas, apartments, shops, land and cars, there is evidence that he invested them in construction through the company "LEOM Sh.pk", where the boss is an employee and his subordinate is Alboro Kortoçi./ Pamphlet
