From April 2024, according to Bablok's agreement with his clan and criminal gangs in Durrës, Shkozet and Shijak, OSHEE Regional Director Egert Hoxha has been appointed, an active servant with many "achievements" in dirty jobs and connections, of the dome of governance in the "paschal" of Durrës.
"Chief Gerti" as he is known, was appointed director of OSHEE-Durra, 1 year before the expected 2025 elections, to alienate this branch, completely at the center of employment of militants that have been neglected until now, and on the basis of funding and collection of votes through favors with energy bills.
And during the 7 years that Plator Mehmeti was the regional director, OSHEE in Durrës has been an employment base for militants, a center for thefts with tenders and invoices and the electoral "army" of the SP.
While with the appointment of Egert Hoxha, the Regional OSHEE of Durrës is completely under the orders of the crime lords in Durrës, Shijak, Shkozet, Sukth, Krujë, Kavajë and Rrogozhinë; some of whom have absolute influence over Bablok, although they were arrested in October 2024, together with MP Çyrbja, they are on the run.
The director Egert Hoxha has two connections with this influence of the gangs on the management, hiring, dismissals, activity and income of OSHEE-Durra:
- He is implementing the SP line and Bablok's schemes, for maintaining power in co-governance with criminal groups, making them parties with power and financial and material benefits from the state and allowing drug trafficking and smuggling at border points.
- Since 2013, Director Egert Hoxha has strong ties with the criminal gangs of Durrës, Shkozet and Shijak, and is an active part of their leadership in electoral campaigns and electoral processes.
After the trials he gave with the "Niçe" gang and other gangs in the 2013 elections and the 2015 local elections; in October 2015, Egert Hoxha was appointed Director of the Energy Sales Sector at OSHEE, where he covered the collection of funds for the SP votes through income theft and the deletion of invoices, for those families who voted for the SP in the Durrës District.
While in April 2024, after the evidence he gave for the 2017, 2019 and 2021 elections, in engaging gangs and gathering votes, Egert Hoxha was appointed Regional Director of OSHEE in Durrës.
The first actions of Egert Hoxha after being appointed director of OSHEE were the following: the dismissal of the correct heads of sectors, engineers and skilled specialists; employment of 120 additional employees, cancellation of unpaid invoices for the businesses of family members, friends, SP and government officials and family members of criminals with whom he is in a group.
For the 2025 elections, director Egert Hoxha is working on two fronts: cooperation with the gangs in Durrës, to guarantee votes with "kulaç e krbaç" as they have done so far, other additional employments in OSHEE and cancellation of invoices for street vendors.
He has created groups in OSHEE-Durres, which is identifying debtor families in Durrës, Shijak, Shkozet, Maminas, Rrashbull, Sukth, Rromanat, former Kênetë, Qerret, Manzë, Xhafzotaj, etc., to start the promises and actions of erasing invoices that will be recorded as "losses".
In the SP of Durrës and from the gangs that command it, it has started to be said that Egert Hoxha will be included in the safe lists for deputies in 2025, while in the files of BKH and SPAK, his name has appeared in SKY contacts -EC with gangs. That's it for today!/ Pamphlet
