From "Strategic Investor" status to billions in tenders and free land: how Edi Rama has tied the state's strings to international crime bosses
Faced with the outbreak of the international operation "URA", where SPAK and the Italian judiciary exposed deep connections between politics and crime, Edi Rama has nowhere to hide.
In any case, he denies his connections with traffickers, with the gangs he has fed with tenders, properties and building permits, but the evidence is now much stronger than any denial or speech about justice.
Reports from the State Department, the EU, the DEA and SPAK itself have proven that the threads of organized crime, money laundering and international drug trafficking end up in Babloku's signatures, orders and blessings. Because without his permission, no minister, no director, no mayor dares to give wanted criminals public assets, multi-million euro tenders or "strategic investor" status.
It is enough to mention four cases, which need neither comment nor additional fable.
1. Pëllumb Gjoka , trafficker and murder orderer, according to SPAK's own file. He has had not only public support from Edi Rama, but also direct benefits as a "Strategic Investor". State land, building permits, government promotions. This is no longer a "favor", but an open partnership.
2. Ervin Mata , a central figure in the “SKY-ECC” files and involved in international trafficking networks, not only was he not arrested when he was declared wanted, but he continued to receive public tenders from state institutions. In fact, the services that depend on the prime minister, such as the Police and SHISH, held official meetings at his “Victoria” hotel. Could this have happened without Edi Rama’s approval? Absolutely not.
3. Gjergj Luca, Roland Ziu and Lul Morina , once bankrupt businessmen, today emperors who move billions. Since 2013, these names have become giants only because Babloku included them in the pan of power: lakes, state-owned enterprises, factories, hotels, monopolies, seaports, even villas and resorts. And no one ever asked them about the source of financing. Because the real source is one: the connection with the prime minister.
4. Lefter Lamaj , a trafficker convicted of drugs and women trafficking in Italy, while in Albania he won 48 million euros in tenders from the Ministry of Health for hospital laundries. Ministers Beqja and Manastirliu signed it. But later, when they were caught with evidence, they said in a low voice: "We had orders from above."
In this regime that Babloku has built for 11 years, ministers are only notaries of his firms. Orders and guarantees for elected criminals come from Surrel's office. Where towers are not built without having a dark past, and tenders are not won without going through a criminal invoice.
Operation "URA" is just the first signal. They are passing over truths that SPAK has been keeping in a drawer for a long time, and that it cannot keep any longer. Because America has made it clear: justice will no longer be delayed.
And Babloku knows it very well: behind every construction, there is a permit. And behind every permit, there is a crime. And behind every crime, there is his signature./ Pamphlet
