A public debate has started regarding INSTAT's decision to publish the Cens results in June 2024, when according to the government's instructions, registration would end on October 31 and the data would be published by December 14, 2023.
In this debate, it is said that INSTAT has released the results for the number of existing residents in Albania, and they came out like this: 1 million and 578 thousand are present inside the country, while according to the Civil Registry, 267 thousand people have obtained foreign citizenship after "Census 2011".
The departure of nearly 1.1 million Albanians in 10 and a half years of power does not please Bablok, because it brought out the social, economic, administrative, security failure and EU criteria for emigration.
But first, take out the consequence of this failure, which is the massive depopulation of the country due to corruption, poverty, crime, robbery of property, high prices, low wages, high cost of education and public health, clanization of power and denial of rights.
Therefore Babloku, in order to hide this bitter and destructive reality for the country, has ordered his subordinate, Director of INSTAT, Elsa Dhuli, to falsify the actual figures of "Cens 2023".
According to the information provided by "Pamphlet", INSTAT has decided to add to the result of the Cens for the inhabitants, the 343 thousand Albanian immigrants who came for the end-of-year holidays, registering them as permanent residents present in Albania.
This is a fraud with falsification of official data, as in fact, the immigrants were present in Albania, came as visitors to their homeland, but they arrived at the end of December, while the Cens ended on November 15, 2023 (postponed 2 weeks later deadline).
A week ago, INSTAT, by order of Edi Rama, received the TIMS system register, with the data of immigrants who entered Albania during the period 1 to 31 December 2023, which they are entering into the Cens data, as if they had be present with permanent residence in Albania until November 15, 2023 when the population registration was closed.
The fact that these 343,000 Albanian immigrants are fraudulently entered into the Cens data; it takes a lot of time to reflect them as name, surname, paternity, date of birth, place of residence, apartment, assets, workplaces and other data provided by the registration.
Therefore, Babloku has ordered the heads of INSTAT to postpone the announcement of the Cens result in June 2024, in order to obtain the number of the population in Albania, with as many departures as he has declared. Babloku entrusted the operation of this fraud in the Cens data to Bardhyl Sejdarasi, known as the Bardhi of television counters; whom on July 19, 2023, when the Cens started, Babloku appointed him a Member of the Governing Council of INSTAT, especially to make this falsification with the number of inhabitants.
Therefore, Bardhyl Sejdarasi is also paid 1.2 million lek monthly salary as an editor at RTSH; with 500,000 lek monthly royalties to Radio-Tirana; with 1 million lek per month as an expert and external advisor to the Minister of Finance; and with a salary of 2,000 Euros as Director of "Pro-Export Albania" of Fason.
But also as a merchant in the agricultural grands, farmers' oil, in concessions and in the association of hydrocarbons; while for his contributions as a former security spy, let his victims in Korça and Tirana speak; or chief Bardhoshi from Vlore and chief Pirro Visari of the "1200 leksha" of Korça and Tirana if they are alive./ Pamphlet
