Former MP Myslim Murrizi and one of the most voted candidates on the Tirana list on May 11, has stirred up politics this week. Through social networks and in a media release, Myslim Murrizi has warned that he will be a member of parliament in the new Parliament, as according to him, 2-3 members of the Tirana list are at risk of arrest.
" Those in prison can leave on their own, because neither I nor Ilir (Alimehmeti) scares them. Some will go to prison, I'm telling you now. And I won't put them in prison, but their own scum will. Lots of information. Have I ever lied in these 10 years? Take it as a bet ," Murrizi said a few days ago.
While yesterday he responded to all those who criticized him for this statement, warning that within September someone will be put in handcuffs.
But who are the DP deputies in Tirana who emerged from the May 11 elections and who risks being put in jail? Murrizi has not named any of them, but there is public information about them and they can be easily identified.
According to CEC data, the DP received 13 mandates in Tirana and the new MPs are: Sali Berisha, Flamur Noka, Albana Vokshi, Belind Këlliçi, Tedi Blushi, Jozefina Topalli, Fatmir Mediu, Edi Paloka, Erisa Xhixho, Mesila Doda, Klevis Balliu, Besart Xhaferi, Jorida Tabaku.
Of the 13 names in question, there are some who have problems with the justice system. Taking them in turn, Sali Berisha is in the trial process for the "Partizani" file and is being investigated for "January 21". However, given that the trial for the "Partizani" file has just begun, the chances are that it will drag on for a long time and the possibility of Berisha serving time in prison is ruled out.
But we have 3 others who are in trouble with the justice system. The fourth on the Tirana list is Belind Këlliçi . An investigation has been launched against him by SPAK for forging a diploma and concealing assets. SPAK suspects that Këlliçi has cheated with his high school diploma, and has not declared his cohabitant's income to the HIDAA, which is required by law. At the beginning of the year, he was questioned by SPAK and other people were also questioned, including the directors of the "Harry Fultz" school.
Another name on this list is Fatmir Mediu , who is actually among those most at risk of losing his mandate. He is being tried for the explosion in Gërdec and SPAK accuses him of abuse of office in two cases. The process in court has been dragging on for years, but it seems to be nearing its end, as there has been a lot of evidence. The signs are that Mediu will find it difficult to let go in this case.
The third name is Flamur Noka . A year ago, SPAK launched a property investigation into Noka and his family. It is learned that SPAK has withdrawn all the necessary documentation from the HIDAA, the Cadastre and other bodies and everything is being verified, both for Noka and for his wife and relatives.
He was also sued for the concession of passports when he was Minister of Interior and SPAK is reportedly investigating this aspect as well. On March 19, 2013, Flamur Noka, then Minister of Interior, signed the amendment and extension by 10 years of the concession contract for the production and distribution of identity cards and electronic passports with the group that controlled the company Aleat. The amendment of the contract by Noka has several elements suspected of being corrupt, which are being investigated by SPAK.
As for the other names, it turns out that they are clean and there is no criminal investigation against them. Moreover, most of them have not held positions. So, the signals are that the Tirana list may change, but that is in the hands of SPAK and GJKKO. /Pamphlet
