The government is a structure with a political mandate and logically it should be created with political ministers and MPs, but with the recent changes, Prime Minister Edi Rama has created a ministerial cabinet with directors and advisors, most of whom are unknown and without any contribution to the party actions of the SP.
Currently, of the 17 ministers that the "Rama" government has, 11 of them are not MPs or leaders of the party structures, who, despite being voted in by the SP MPs, have not been welcomed by them, because they endanger their existence in the parliament.
According to the SP statute, they will automatically be members of the party's leadership assembly and will be appointed political leaders in the districts; which means, that another purge is starting, displacing and throwing out many deputies who are currently in the game.
Edi Rama warned about this rejection with the statement in the congress, that there are parasitic deputies, interested parties and gossipers, who have lost contact with the members, but also using Helena, as the "new model" of the deputy and the leader of the party.
In the elections and the government of 2013, Edi Rama displaced the generation of SP professors, creating a cabinet and leading the party with his friends and the directors of the Municipality of Tirana, some of whom are in prison and under investigation.
While in the 2017-2021 elections, he posted the entire old caste of the SP; even Gramoz Ruçin forced him to resign after receiving the mandate, while Fatmir Xhafajn and Pandeli Majko placed him at the bottom of the list.
The new trends in the government and in the SP have created panic among the caste of the current deputies, because they know that the new ministers will be candidates in the 30% part of the guaranteed lists.
They panicked because they heard that, in addition to the new ministers, Babloku will run for MPs, the new directors he appointed these days at Cadastre, Porti Detar, IKMT, KESH and that he will appoint in the future at central institutions and services, but and 30 directors and former central directors, who have signed and are signing millions of euro tenders and property theft.
The posting scheme that Babloku is preparing, for the lists of candidates for 2025, can be understood from the fact that this scheme will be released through the fictitious platform "The MP we want", the direction of which has been formally left in the hands of Minister Bora Muzhaqi.
If this is a real scheme for the selection of candidates for MPs that the citizens want, let the SP organizations run it in the municipalities with evaluations from the membership, but Babloku has left it to the minister from Karaganda, Bora Muzazhi, to say that there are no preferences for the candidates.
Edi Rama has warned of the purge scenario, with the fact that the non-deputy ministers, Igli Hasani, Pirro Vëngu, Ervin Hoxha, Petrit Malaj, Blendi Gonxhja, Albana Koçiu and Arbjan Mazniku, have given strategic sectors such as diplomacy, the ministry of police, army, finance, economy, health and local government, which have 75% of the budget, 100% of assets, anti-crime, anti-trafficking, municipalities, voter lists and national security.
