SPAK forgave the tender for €2.7 million, but what will it do about the theft of reconstruction funds?

From the moment Blerim Shera became mayor of Vora, the city and its residents found themselves in a real nightmare. Shera, a former 9-year-old teacher, replaced his profession with the art of theft, plunging the Municipality into debt and rampant corruption.
A report by the Ministry of Finance to Prime Minister Rama identified the Municipality of Vora as a “financial black hole” due to Blerim Shera’s serious administrative abuses and corruption. In 2022, his expenses exceeded the state-provided funds by 46%, while in 2023, expenses ballooned by 59% more than the official fund. Shera even used money dedicated to education, health, emergencies, housing and social issues to finance his corrupt affairs.
Shera's tenders have already become a dark history. The infamous 2.7 million Euro tender for the cleaning of the city, to which Shera added another 225 thousand Euros with an abusive order without a decision from the Municipal Council, is just one of these scandalous affairs. Apparently, SPAK forgave this robbery, but will it wake up to the shocking scandal of earthquake funds?
The show "Stop" revealed a scandal where 17 families from Vora were left on the main road, homeless, without support, wandering and abandoned, while Shera and his gang embezzled reconstruction funds. And this is just one case! A wave of denunciations received by Pamfleti show that the victims are dozens of times more, while the citizens of Vora remain hostage to the mayor's dirty political and corrupt games.
Professor Blerim Shera is also strongly connected to criminal groups in Durrës, Shijak, Fushë-Krujë and Tirana, and even to the United Kingdom, where he collaborated with the "London punks" of the Qife group to buy votes and seize power. But what did he give them in return?
Shera is also involved in mafia schemes to alienate public and private property, details of which we will discuss below.
In addition to corruption and abuse of public funds, Blerim Shera has begun investing large sums of money in the upcoming campaign. Money looted from earthquake funds, tenders and citizens' taxes is being poured into political bargaining, a well-known scheme that has kept mafia clans in power.
Time is running out! Just like Besmir Kola in Pezë and Xhavit Çeka in Vaqar, Blerim Shera has also dipped his hands into corruption with earthquake funds, but with one big difference: Shera's corruption figures are many times more shocking! Every day of delay is collaboration with corruption and the local mafia that has seized citizens' funds and properties! /Pamphlet
