Evis Sala was presented by Edi Rama as an international name that would revive Albanian healthcare, but the first balance of her mandate has brought an increase in the prices of reimbursed medicines, the removal of medicines for chronic diseases and favors for companies linked to tenders. The decision to leave high salaries abroad and to take over the leadership of a degraded system raises doubts about the real motive of the appointment, especially in conditions when healthcare continues to remain a terrain of bargaining rather than real reforms.
The Minister of Health, Evis Sala, is among Edi Rama's family friends, whom he brought from abroad and gave high positions in the government and public administration.
At the SP Assembly meeting, when he announced her appointment, and then before medical leaders when he officially introduced her, Prime Minister Edi Rama declared that with Evis Sala, "a scientist known in Europe and the world", the journey of the "Modern Health 2030" standards begins.
Many expressed surprise at how a medical scientist, who lived and worked outside Albania and was presented as an internationally known name, took over the leadership of Albanian healthcare, at a time when its situation is alarming in every aspect.
Especially the three predecessor ministers, Ilir Beqaj, Ogerta Manastirliu and Albana Koçiu, during the 12 years of SP power, degraded healthcare through a lack of equipment and medicines, the massive emigration of doctors and nurses, the lack of medical services in entire areas, and the theft of funds through tenders and concessions.
Perhaps Evis Sala has the "magic wand" to change this dire situation, but the surprise lies in the fact that she left her medical jobs in Italy and England, with three monthly salaries totaling 63 thousand euros, to receive a monthly salary of only 2250 euros net as Minister of Health in Albania.
Minister Evis Sala was paid 21 thousand euros per month at the "Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" University in Italy, 27 thousand euros per month at the medical research company "Lucida Medical" in the United Kingdom, and 15 thousand euros per month as rector of the private university "Western Balkans University".
During her six months in office, the only "reform" that Evis Sala has undertaken in healthcare has been the increase in the prices of reimbursed drugs, the removal of some expensive drugs for serious chronic diseases from the reimbursement list, and the inclusion of several pharmaceutical companies of her friends on this list.
Minister Evis Sala has been openly involved in corrupt deals with tenders for medicines and medical equipment, precisely with those companies that her predecessors Ilir Beqaj, Ogerta Manastirliu and Albana Koçiu favored, even increasing the values of the tender funds.
This involvement in healthcare tenders creates reasonable doubts about the true motive behind why Edi Rama brought Evis Sala to Albania and appointed her as minister.
It is not difficult to understand why Evis Sala left three jobs with monthly salaries amounting to 63 thousand euros in Italy and England, to receive 2250 euros as a minister and to face the chaotic state of Albanian healthcare, when her professional life abroad was calm and secure.
But her friend, Edi Rama, offered Evis Sala the same opportunity he has offered to others brought from outside Albania: filling the "bags" through public tenders. Just as he previously brought Ėngjël Agaçi, Endri Fuga, Mirela Kumbaro, Blendi Gonxhe, Olta Xhaçka, Pirro Vengu, Anila Denaj, Vlora Hyseni, Gent Cakaj, Besa Shahini and many others, who have committed atrocities with public funds and assets./ Pamphlet

Kjo eshte metoda se si i genjen shqiptaret Rama, meqe punon jashte eshte "intelektuale kalibri" Rama vet pervec se te vjedhe nuk din te bej asgje tjeter, me fal ben piktura.
Aq sa është Edi Rama udhëheqës global , aq është edhe Evis Sala "shkencëtare globale". Evis Sala u emërua që, edhe të mbulojë me zjarr e tym bëmat e paraardhësve, por edhe të krrej çdo muaj, pak më shumë se ato që fitonte si "shkencëre globale". Besoj se të dy objektivat e vendosura i ka përmbushur me sukses.
Kjo ka ardhur thjesht per te kapur ndonje lek me tenderat ose aksionere me ndonje PPP siç ndodh remdomte ne Shqiperi . Rritja e çmimit te rimbursimit me ilaçet mendoj se e ka futur ne loje kete ministre nuk besoj se ka qene rastesi Nese do ishte shkencetare nuk besoj se do ktheshe ne Shqiperi
Kjo, eshte asgje me shume, sbperdorim i pushtetit dhe rendja hapur pas interesave personale te pushtetateve kryesore. Pse ndoth kjo? Se opozita eshte tradhetare e interesave te elektoratit, bashkepunon nen rrogoz me Ramen. Se rinia ka rene ne depresion nga keto politika dhe po largohet nga vendi, ashtu sikurse e deshiron kjo qeveri dhe ky kuazi kryeminister. Sepse pasurite dhe pjese te tokes shqiptare po falen dhe shiten tek te huajt, thjesht dhe vetem per interesa personale te individeve me pushtet. Se politika , e zhytur ne krime po tenton te rivere nen kontroll te plote drejtesine dhe ta shvleresoje ate si pushtet i pavarur. Se te huajt, vijne ketu vetem per perfitime dhe kurveri, gjera qe jua mundeson pushteti.
Eshte e lidhur familjarisht me Sorosin, qe kur ishte ne Universitet. E ëma e saj, Valdete Sala punonte per Sorosin, Edhe mbasi mbaroi mjekesine ne vitin 1991 Sorosi e çoi jashte. Edhe punet qe bente jashte nga Sorosi i ka. Qe ne fillimet e para jashte shtetit u tregonte shoqeve qe i kishte lene « pa fjale » profesoret evropiane nga inteligjenca e saj, biles punonte Edhe naten me profesoret ne Evrope. Ka qene shoqe e ngushte me Alma Canin (ish drejtoreshen afatshkurter te QSUT).

Credo che sia ancora la direttrice del reparto di radiologia dell'ospedale Gemelli di Roma e che riceva ancora uno stipendio. Ma è assente. Tutto questo dovrebbe essere oggetto di indagine.
