But, what resulted from the field inspection of the authorities two years later, was that the building had an additional floor of about 2,500 m2 without a permit.
According to the announcement of the Prosecutor's Office on July 6, 2022, the services of the Farkë Police Station near Police Station No. 1 Tirana have been notified by the operating room of the Tirana Local Police Directorate that on the state police portal "Digital Commission" there are several notifications from residents of the Botanic Garden area, "Bilal Sina" street, Administrative Unit No. 13 Tirana, where it was said that the entity "Salillari shpk" is building buildings without permission, reports Oranews.
After comparing the documents with the Municipality of Tirana, it was found that the company "Salillari" was found to be in violation. For this matter, two representatives of the company have been placed under investigation.
A few days ago, another businessman, Lulzim Morina, was charged with the crime of illegal construction in Tirana.
During the investigations on several criminal proceedings registered for this citizen and the company he manages, for the period 2021-2024, it was established that this company exceeded the construction permits obtained for residential buildings and services in several cases.
