The government has published the Intersectoral Strategy 2024-2030 related to justice. " Draft proposals for changes in the law on the governance of justice bodies in order to establish clear legal provisions on the exclusion of former magistrates dismissed/resigned during the vetting process from the exercise of duties and activities in institutions of justice governance (KLGJ , KLP, ILD, SHM) ", says the draft. Regular analyzes for the opening of criminal investigations based on vetting findings and criminal proceedings concluded with a final decision ", are some of the objectives.
Many judges and prosecutors, after passing the vetting, went to the School of Advocacy, becoming lawyers. Although until yesterday many prosecutors fought hard to put many keimenels in prison, now they have become their lawyers. Meanwhile, many others have become internal and external lecturers at the School of Magistracy. Also, many dismissed names appear in the list of experts of training activities at the School of Magistrates.
