During the process of investigation, tracking, wiretapping and environmental, in the context of the affair of the former "Partizani" construction complex there, of 20 towers from Jamarbër and Argita Malltezi and businessman Fatmir Bektashi, the agents of the National Bureau of Investigation, have found another money laundering element from this group.
According to the information, Sali Berisha's son-in-law appeared as an investor and partner with 35% of the construction area, in the residential complex "Mangalem 21" with 34 buildings in the "Ali Demit" area, while 65% is owned by businessman Fatmir Bektashi with a group of Russians, Kosovars and Austrians.
The file with the interception data was submitted to SPAK 7 months ago, but an in-depth investigation and criminal proceedings for money laundering have not yet started, although TV-Klan is advertising the sale of apartments in this complex, just like "Bana King" commercial.
The interceptions for the former complex "Partizani" where 20 towers were built; coincidentally, they discovered that Jamarbër, Argita Malltezi and Fatmir Bektashi, are also connected to the construction of 34 buildings in the "Mangalem 21" complex in the "Ali Demit" area.
There is some evidence: in the conversations between Malltez and the partner Fatmir Bektashi, there is talk of part of the investment and the profit from the sale of apartments and commercial units and of the sources of financing and obligation, some of which are of origin outside Albania and with coded names.
While in the conversations of Sali Berisha's son-in-law with agents and sales agencies, his partnership with 35% of the investment in the complex of buildings "Mangalem 21" in Tirana is confirmed, and even debates regarding the ambiguities in the division of surfaces and the rate of profit , in the 3 towers built in 2020-2021 at the former "Partizani" complex.
Will SPAK investigate Sali Berisha's son-in-law and his construction partner Fatmir Bektashi for money laundering in the "Mangalem 21" complex with 34 buildings, to discover the source of the 107 million Euro investment that is said to have been made there?
Legally and procedurally, SPAK should include this evidence in the "Malltezi-Berisha" file of the robbery of the land at the former "Partizani" complex, where the former ministers Genc Ruli and Arben Imami and the builder Fatmir Bektashi are involved?
In contrast, SPAK is obliged to start a special investigation for money laundering, with the construction of 20 towers at the former complex "Partizani" and 34 buildings at the new residential complex "Mangalem 21".
Because as Jamarbër Malltezi and his partner Fatmir Bektashi, when the construction of the towers and palaces of the two complexes started, they declared in ILDKPI and KKB from 2% to 4% of the values of the respective investments.
