The murder of Egli Proga in Pogradec, has alerted the prime minister, the head of the police, the Medical Emergency, the Prosecution of the Court of Korça and the High Inspectorate of Justice, not to do justice, but to clean up their crime, in defense of the patronage murderer Denis Mece.
The organized actions, to hide the motive of the murder on August 12, 2024 in Pogradec, are identical to the murder of the builder Armando Meshau on August 7 with fists in an "Internet Cafe" in Vlora, by Rei Meta, the son of the Member of the Supreme Council of the Prosecution, Nurihan Meta (Seiti).
And Egli Proga in Pogradec, was killed in one, with fists by the convict Denis Meçe, because he refused to give him the daily round, while the police reported it as an accidental death, after allegedly crashing into a car as if he was drunk.
Then served the version of the murder during the physical fight, allegedly initiated by the victim Egli Proga and then said that he was killed by negligence; but the police, after learning who the perpetrator of the murder was, went to the scene late, until the perpetrator left and gave the co-perpetrators the opportunity to fabricate another version and clear the evidence.
Pogradec police prevented Egli Proga from being taken to the hospital while he was alive; did not collect initial evidence; did not draw up the report at the crime scene, did not immediately announce the perpetrator of the murder, Denis Meçe, while after creating a "clean zone", he improvised his self-surrender.
After pressure from the media and the victim's family members, the police submitted to the Korca Prosecutor's Office the proceedings with the charge of "accidental drunken murder", then "manslaughter" and then changed the charge to "intentional murder".
But due to an alleged "technical delay", he did not bring the report with the evidence and the scientific police report to the prosecutor's office, which depends directly on the Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku.
While the Prosecutor's Office and the court of Korça, not only did not request these data from the police, but in bargaining with the police and the family members of the killer Denis Meçe, who has a lawyer who is the friend of the prosecutor's husband in the case, they changed the classification of the crime: from intentional murder which is punishable by a minimum of 20 years in prison, in manslaughter, which is punishable by a fine, or 5 years in prison.
The same scheme of disappearance of evidence, self-surrender and change of accusation, was used for the murder of the builder Armando Meshau on August 7, 2023 with fists in Vlora, by Rei Meta, the son of the Member of the High Prosecution Council, Nurihan Meta (Seiti).
The motive of the two murders is the same: Denis Meçe killed Egli Progan in Pogradec, because he refused to pay the bandit fine; but also Rei Meta in Vlora, killed the builder Armand Meshau, because he refused to give him 1 apartment for free.
As for the murdering son of the Member of the High Prosecution Council, who was classified as "manslaughter" he was sentenced to 18 months in prison; and the killing of Egli Proga was classified as "culpable homicide", which will be punished with a fine, or 3.5 years in prison with a shortened trial.
For the murder of Vlora, there was no investigation by the law enforcement structures, even KLP defended the colleague Nurihan Meta, while ILD and KLJ kept silent, then they said that an investigation will be done, but nothing was done.
But both cases have a common attitude: Prime Minister Edi Rama attacked the media, while the police threatened them with investigation and trials, because they published the manipulated truth, to save the murderers connected to the dome of power./ Pamphlet
