Other facts that "Pamfleti" has discovered, prove that the "Uncle" of the criminal groups, Ermal Onuzi, has been selected and appointed Director of the Republic Guard, to carry out economic crimes in favor of Babloku and his tower-building oligarchs.
The information we have, states that 4 months ago, the Minister of Interior, Ervin Hoxha, created a working group with lawyers and specialists, to take away from the Guard, the area of land where the Training Center is located in the middle of the protected forest area of the Artificial Lake of Tirana.
After 4 months of so-called "study", this working group has prepared the documents to remove from the inventory and use, 20 thousand m2 of land where the Guard Training Center is located, as an area that the Territorial Development Agency headed by Edi Rama has marked as a development area with buildings.
The request for the transfer and use of the area of the Guard Training Center for towers was signed by the Director of the Guard, Ermal Onuzi in October 2025, just 1 month after Babloku appointed him to this position by amending the law specifically for him.
The report prepared by the Interior Ministry team, to plunder this coveted area of land in the Lake area near the Brigades Palace, used as a starting point, the proposal-request made by the Director of the Guard, Ermal Onuzi, to remove the Training Center from there.
In the request addressed to Minister Ervin Hoxha and for the information of Edi Rama, the head of the Guard Ermal Onuzi states that: 'The Training Center at Lake Tirana is not in a suitable place for functional training, and should be transferred to another spacious and specific environment'.
There is no doubt that the request of the head of the Guard Ermal Onuzi, only 1 month after his appointment to duty, is a scenario of Babloku, to plunder the surface of the Training Center for towers, servicing it as an alleged emergency need to provide another 'suitable' environment.
The file is now ready to remove the Guard Training Center from the Lake area and to relocate it to another area of Tirana that they say they have predetermined; while on the existing surface, towers are built by oligarchs, family members and traffickers, friends of Babloku.
Now, all that is needed is a government decision to take away the 20,000 m2 area of the Training Center from the Guard; and transfer it to the Municipality of Tirana, where the Municipal Council and the acting mayor will be ordered by Bablok to approve it for the construction of towers.
The same as Bablok did 3 years ago with the 21,000 m2 area where the Guard was; which the government donated for towers, while 5000 m2 of land and 2850 m2 of its buildings were donated to the Artan Lame NGO, to build the "Heritage, Relaxation and Education Center" complex with a hotel, bar-cafe, restaurants, entertainment games, market kiosks for rent, cabins and parking".
The truth must be told that the former Director of the Guard, Gramos Sako, refused to sign Babloku's script to rob the area of the Training Center, and because it had been filed by SPAK for his brother's tenders, a refusal that became a reason for his dismissal.
But the successor director Emal Onuzi signed it, 1 month after his appointment, creating an indication that one of the conditions that Babloku appointed him, is the agreement to sign the robbery of the Guard Training Center, why not, to remove the Guard again, from the place where they took it near the Palace of Brigades.
Let SPAK investigate this evidence and information that we are publishing, without forgetting the fact that Chief Guard Ermal Sali Onuzi is documented with evidence as an associate of organized crime groups, when he was in the Army Intelligence Service; in the Defense Intelligence Agency; in SHISH and manager of the private security company "S2 Secure Albania", with activities in the Port of Durrës and in Rinas./ Pamphlet
