The Directorate of Government Services and the Ministry of Finance are keeping secret the expenses of the personal charter plane, which Edi Rama himself and only has been using as a private plane for 4 years...
"Pamphlet" was the first to publish the scandal of concealing the expenses of Prime Minister Edi Rama, in the trips with the "Ismaili" charter plane, which he rented on behalf of the government from the Turkish-Albanian company "Air Albania", where the partner with 41 % is the trafficker Sinan Idrizi.
Today we are publishing the full text of Contract No. 463/1, dated January 30, 2020, between the Council of Ministers represented by the Director of Government Services, Dhurata Frashëri, and the company "Air Albania", represented by the Turkish director Sinan Dilek.
According to the contract, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government Service have asked the "Air Albania" company for a leased plane, of the "Charter Air-Craft AirBus A319" type, for special flights of Prime Minister Edi Rama, during the year 2020, of the direction of OSCE also as Foreign Minister.
But the year 2020 of the OSCE management passed, while the plane continues to be used for rent for 4 years, as a personal charter by Edi Rama, even when he goes to open painting exhibitions around the world, or for media interviews and weekends in Italy, Mali i Black, Macedonia, Serbia and wherever you want.
The expenses are being kept secret, but according to the rates of "Ismaili" type charter planes; no time for parking and processing at the airports of the countries where Babloku goes, the payment is 15 thousand Euros for 1 hour of flight.
It is not known how many hours Bablok has flown by charter during these 4 years that he has been using it; but in this rental contract, the fee for 1 hour of flight is not stated and the time limit of the rental is not defined, while the number of flights per month is set as often as Bablok wants, so the charter must be and is ready in Rinas In every time.
The only thing that is known is the fact that the plane is being used only by the prime minister, his family and those he chooses as travel companions.
