In the CKB, in the "Altar Sh.pk" business file, there is no sale-purchase document, but only the declaration of the deregistration of Elvana Djata as owner and the registration of Drilona Boçi as 100% owner, with Notarial Contract No. 244, dated January 24, 2017, which is not a file and has hidden the sale price.
