Was it suicide or murder? Andrei Badalov, deputy director of Russian oil company Transneft, has died in Moscow after falling from a window.
Badalov's body was found in the Rublevka residential area, state news agency Tass reported, citing police sources. "The preliminary cause of death is considered suicide," the media reported, citing authorities.
Badalov fell from the window of his apartment on the 17th floor. This was reported by "Bild", citing the Telegram channel Mash. According to the report, a security guard found the man dead.
Since 2021, he has held the position at the state-owned pipeline company Transneft, where he was responsible for digitalization. Previously, he worked in the defense industry and at an institute that, among other things, organized the digitalization of elections.
