The lawyer of the Serbian politician Nikola Sandulovic, Cedomir Stojkovic, said that the conditions in which he was kept in the prison hospital were not good.
In an interview for "Euronews Albania", he stated that Sandulovic, who has already been released, was kept in prison and raped until he was partially paralyzed just because he placed flowers next to the grave of an Albanian girl. The lawyer said that until now he was only focused on the release of his client, but now he will demand that action be taken against his abusers.
The lawyer also said that he will also put flowers on the grave of the Jashari family and will look his country in the eye, as violence for this act is unacceptable.
" On Thursday I will go to Kosovo. I will personally go to the grave of the Jashari family and put flowers on the grave of Blerina Jashari, the minor who was killed in 1998, and then I will return to Serbia and look at my country. I will say "here I am, I love you arrest? Are you going to rape me too ?", said the lawyer.
