Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that he has made it clear to President Joe Biden that Israel's attacks on Gaza will continue with 'full force' after the ceasefire.
The ceasefire deal is due to expire tomorrow night but could still be extended - with Israel offering to extend the fighting pause by 24 hours for every 10 hostages Hamas releases.
Netanyahu said he welcomed the possibility in his call with the US president, with the White House adding that they agreed to "continue working to secure the release of all hostages".
On the other hand, Hamas has also declared that it is ready to extend the agreement with Israel, promising to release more hostages in exchange for extending the ceasefire.
Israel promises to start the war again after the ceasefire, while internationals are trying to use this ceasefire to find a peaceful solution.
