Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said rescue operations are underway in several Ukrainian cities after a massive attack by Russian missiles and drones.
He said almost 160 Shahed missiles and drones were shot down.
The Ukrainian president announced that more than 100 houses were damaged or destroyed, and other targets included schools and a maternity hospital.
He emphasized that one of the targets of Russia's attacks are maternity hospitals.
"It is important that the world reacts to this terror," he said on social networks.
