The world's second-richest man, billionaire Elon Musk, who is CEO of aerospace technology company SpaceX and automaker Tesla, as well as owner of social networking platform X, said Wednesday that he will not financially support the election campaign of either Republican Donald Trump or Democrat Joe Biden in the November presidential elections.
Trump met a few days ago in Florida with Musk, the second richest man in the world, according to Bloomberg. But the latter made it clear that he will not finance any of the candidates, through a post on the "X" social platform.
" To be absolutely clear: I am not donating money to any of the candidates for the presidency of the United States ," Musk wrote.
Just to be super clear, I am not donating money to either candidate for US President

We recall that in 2022, before the US mid-term elections, Elon Musk had asked American voters to give Republicans control of Congress. In the end, the Republican Party secured a majority in the House of Representatives, while President Biden's Democrats retained control of the Senate.
