Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico of opening a "second energy front" against Ukraine at the behest of Russia.
"It seems that Putin gave Fico the order to open the second energy front against Ukraine at the expense of the interests of the Slovak people," the Ukrainian president wrote on the X social network.
"Fico's threats to cut off Ukraine's emergency power supply this winter while Russia attacks our power plants and power grid can only be explained by this," the Ukrainian leader emphasizes, among other things.
Russia has launched waves of missiles and drones against Ukraine's power grid and other infrastructure in an attempt to break the country's resistance.
