The Louvre museum in Paris has evacuated all visitors and staff after a bomb threat.
Museum officials have said that the case is related to the decision of the French Government to increase the level of security, after Friday's attack on a school, where a teacher was killed by a knife attack and two other people were injured.
The Communications Service of the Louvre Museum has said that no one was injured and no incident has been reported. Police in Paris said they are investigating the case.
Later, there were also bomb threats to the Palace of Versailles. Thousands of visitors were immediately evacuated.
The French government has increased the number of security forces in France by 7,000, following Friday's attack. The government is also worried about the impact that the war between Israel and Hamas will have on France.
The Louvre Museum, where visitors can see the Mona Lisa, welcomes 30 – 40,000 visitors a day.
