The BBC broadcast building in London has been vandalized with red paint overnight.
In the scenes shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, the building's entrance is completely covered in red paint splattered on the floor, multiple revolving glass doors and side walls.
Newsnight presenter Victoria Derbyshire took to X to share a clip, writing: “Just arrived at work. This is the front entrance of the BBC this morning.'

Radio broadcaster and DJ Edward Adoo shared pictures of the situation earlier this morning, saying: “I just got to the BBC, the main entrance is blocked by someone who sprayed red paint on the entrance.
It follows the BBC's backlash for its refusal to label Hamas "terrorists" amid the ongoing conflict between the group and Israel.
Fighting has erupted after the Palestinian terror group launched a surprise attack on Israel on Saturday, killing 1,300 civilians, prompting Israeli forces to vow to reduce the Gaza Strip to "rubble".
The country has launched retaliatory attacks in over 200 locations across Gaza, killing more than 700 people and injuring 4,000 more after Hamas troops breached the Gaza border and killed hundreds of people, taking many more hostage.
The conflict has claimed more than 1,700 lives on both sides, with over 187,500 people displaced from the Strip.
