On the evening of April 13-14, Iran attacked Israel with hundreds of drones and missiles in retaliation for a deadly attack on its consulate in Syria on April 1.
Iran accused Israel of carrying out this attack, but the latter neither confirmed nor denied it. However, Iran "promised revenge", which it carried out through the attack, which "raised alarm" around the globe.
