Attack on hospital in Israel, Netanyahu reacts: Terrorist tyrants will pay

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Iran would pay a "heavy price" for the rocket attack on the Soroka hospital.

"The Iranian terrorist tyrants have fired missiles at Soroka Hospital and civilians. They will pay a heavy price ," Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wrote on X.

The attack caused extensive damage to several of the complex's buildings and left dozens of people injured.

Soroka Medical Center, located in the city of Be'er Sheva, provides health services to about 1 million residents of the southern region of Israel and has over 1,000 beds, according to its official website.
