The "war" between Iran and the United States has also moved to social media, where the Iranian Revolutionary Guard has released an English-language video mocking US President Donald Trump.
In the video, Revolutionary Guard spokesman Ibrahim Zolfaghari says that "the outcome of the war is not determined by tweets, but on the battlefield."
He adds that US forces are not allowed to engage directly on the ground. “There you and your forces are not allowed to come close and all you can do is talk about them in your tweets,” he says.
The Iranian spokesman also mocks the naming of the US operation against Iran. "It is better to call the war 'epic fear' instead of 'epic fury,'" he declares, referring to the name the US has given to the military operation.
The release of the video comes at a time of escalating tensions between the two countries, where the confrontation is not only taking place on the military front, but also in the digital and propaganda space.

The outcome of war is determined in the field, not by tweets.
The very place where you and your forces do not dare to approach and you can only talk about it in your tweets.
It's better to name this war as “Epic Fear”… pic.twitter.com/Ox5J5qKydV
