According to the Israeli military, Ibrahim al-Khaldi was killed during operations in the Nuseirat area, in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army has killed Ibrahim al-Khaldi, whom it identified as a member of Hamas's naval force, during operations conducted on Monday in the Nuseirat area, in the Gaza Strip.
According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), al-Khaldi served as a source of expertise for planning and advancing naval attacks against Israeli troops from Gaza.
The IDF also stated that, before carrying out the attacks, it had taken measures to limit harm to civilians, including the use of precision munitions and aerial surveillance.
