Russian President Vladimir Putin is "a butcher".
This is what the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, declared during an election activity in the American state of North Carolina.
Biden added that the United States would have the resources to defend Ukraine if it passes a tax hike on high-income earners: "We can do a lot of important things, including ultimately taking care of Ukraine's defense from the butcher Putin," said the US president.
The president of the United States has already insulted the Russian president in the past, for example calling him a "thug" and a "dictator". Last month, again at an election event, the head of the White House called Putin "a crazy son of a bitch."
"We have a madman like Putin and others, and we have to worry all the time about the nuclear conflict. However, the existential threat to humanity is the climate," he added, and then turned the focus of his attacks on his Republican rival, Donald Trump.
