The tensions between the mercenary group 'Wagner' and the Russian army have reached a critical point, where there has been no lack of physical confrontation.

In the video, the colonel is seen confessing his guilt. He says he was drunk and shot at a car belonging to the 'Wagner' group. This has caused Prigozhin's mercenaries to take the well-known colonel hostage.
According to the British media "Daily Mail", the situation has become extremely tense in the Kremlin and such actions warn of the start of a civil war in Russia. The move also follows Wagner's accusations that Russian regular troops are fighting mercenaries, even laying mines against them.
Wagner's mercenaries have been fighting for Putin in Ukraine and managed to capture the city of Bakhmut after months of bloody fighting. But the success of the 'Wagner' group has angered the commanders of the Russian army and the relations between them have been significantly poisoned.
