US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the State Department's latest decision to impose visa restrictions on 75 individuals linked to the Sinaloa cartel.
In a post on the social network X, Rubio stated that the measure affects family members and close associates of individuals sanctioned under Executive Order 14059.
He emphasized that the Trump administration aims to strengthen security in the United States and the region through these measures.
"The State Department will continue to protect Americans from dangerous narcoterrorists and deadly drugs," Rubio wrote in his statement.
