Analyst Lorenc Vangjeli has stated that the difference between Sali Berisha and Ilir Beqaj in their confrontation with justice, after investigations by SPAK, is in the fact that Beqaj did not appeal the decision, but decided to face the same court.
Vangjeli made his comments on the show "Now with Erla Mëhillin" on Euronews Albania, where he said that if he were an honest foreigner and looked at the decision of Beqaj and Berisha, he would say that the former Minister of Health has behaved as European.
"Until the judge's decision, until the moment when, within 2-3 hours after, a judge interprets his decision, expresses and comments on his decision in a media, he behaved like Beqaj's lawyer, because he built it himself with his own words the argument of Beqaj's lawyers.
But that's what the different political stance is. Beqaj says I do not agree with this decision, I will respect it, I will not complain, I will go there to fight. This is a very big difference with Berisha. If an honest Swede came here, he would also look at the decision, he would say that Beqaj has behaved like a European", said Vangjeli.
