Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called on Iranians to oppose the regime in Tehran and help Israel pave the way for their freedom.
In a video released during Iran's missile attack on Israel, Netanyahu said that the objective of Israel's military operation is to deter the Islamic regime's nuclear and ballistic threat to his country.
He further added that Israel has destroyed a "large portion" of Iran's ballistic missile arsenal and its most important enrichment facility.
"More is on the way. The regime does not know what has hit it, or what will hit it. It has never been weaker. This is your opportunity to stand up and make your voice heard. As I said yesterday and many times before, Israel's war is not against the Iranian people. Our war is against the murderous Islamic regime that oppresses and impoverishes you. The nation of Iran and the nation of Israel have been friends since the time of Cyrus the Great. The time has come for the Iranian people to unite around their flag and their historical heritage, standing up for their freedom from an evil and oppressive regime ," Netanyahu said.
He closed the speech by repeating a slogan often heard by those protesting against the Iranian regime: "Woman, Life, Freedom. Zan, Zendegi, Azadi."
