The head of the "Love, faith, hope" movement, Nemanja Sharovic, said today that the president of Serbia has agreed on Kosovo's admission to the Council of Europe.
Politician Sharovic told the Beta agency that Vucic has agreed on the admission of Kosovo to the Council of Europe on the condition that the Association is formed.
"Accepting the Franco-German plan and the Ohrid roadmap, Vucic agreed to the entry of Kosovo into all international organizations. Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe is a logical consequence of Vucic's policy for resolving the Kosovo issue. "What Vučić is doing today is only media damage control, because due to Serbia's agreement, Kosovo's admission to the Council of Europe was supported even by countries that did not recognize Kosovo's independence", Sharović assessed.
He said that in the Council of Europe, Serbia "fell" to four votes (two from Serbia and one each from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro) and that Kosovo's admission to that organization cannot be prevented.
"Vucic has the greatest responsibility for Kosovo's admission to the Council of Europe, because he promised his bosses from the West. Since 2012, he has continuously implemented the policy of betraying Serbian national interests and relinquishing state authority in Kosovo and Metohija. "Vucic is only interested in how to preserve his power, while the Serbs in Kosovo are completely oblivious to him," said Sharovic.
