The daughter of Serbian politician Nikola Sandulović, Klara, was stopped by the Serbian police at the border crossing in Merdar on Saturday, a few hours after paying homage to the "Adem Jashari" memorial complex in Prekaz.
The chairman of the Serbian Republican Party said that his daughter was not allowed to return to Serbia.
In a post on the "X" social network, Sandulovic wrote that his daughter is being persecuted by the dictatorial regime of the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vucic.
" The dictatorial regime of Aleksandar Vucic continues to persecute my daughter, Klara. The police are holding him and the officials of the Republican Party at the Merdar border crossing and are not allowing them to enter Serbia ," he wrote.
During the day, Klara Sandulović paid tribute to the "Adem Jashari" memorial complex in Prekaz. "We respect you so that it doesn't happen again," she wrote in the message she left at Blerina Jashari's grave.
After paying tribute, Klara Sandulovic said that her father is the only Serbian politician who promotes peace and prosperity and that his policy is based on forgiveness and peace.
" Last year he came to this country and expressed his condolences to all the innocent victims who were killed during the war. This was a very peaceful act and the Serbian government concluded that this was a crime and this was hate speech, so I decided to become a criminal like my father. I decided to come here and express my condolences to all the illegal victims. And to express to my generation that we must stop hating and we must forgive each other and we must also ask for forgiveness and that such things that were in the past should not be repeated and no child should be killed in the future" , declared the daughter of the politician Sandulovic.
