Another serious event happened in a school in Serbia after the terrible events of a few months ago, where several students were killed. This time it is reported about an incident between two students in the third grade of the "Ilija Garašanin" elementary school, where one of the students hit and injured his classmate with a knife.
The primary school confirmed the incident had taken place and asked the media to refrain from "sensationalist" reporting.
The event happened three days ago and according to some parents whose children go to this school, the boy found the syringe and the needle in a place where drug addicts are supposed to gather.
"We confirm that a minor incident took place and our students participated in it, but we ask you to refrain from the sensational broadcast of arbitrary statements about minors, students of our school. All relevant factors and competent institutions have been informed and committed to the protection and support of students in accordance with the Protocol for the Protection of Students ", said the spokesperson of the school "Ilija Garašanin", Danas reports.
According to unofficial information from Žig info, the syringe and needle were taken for examination and the results of the analysis are awaited.
We recall that just a few months ago, Serbia was involved in a series of attacks in schools, where various students committed extreme acts against their classmates. In many cases there were victims. Meanwhile, for almost 4-5 months, the Serbian opposition has been holding protests, demanding that the government stop broadcasting programs that promote violence. But such a thing has been rejected by the government, this and because the televisions where these shows are broadcast are pro-government.
