US President Donald Trump has declared that the US agreement with Iran will be many times better than the one reached by former President Barack Obama. Trump said that the agreement was the worst in history, which according to him was an open path for Iran to create nuclear weapons.
"The deal we are making with Iran will be much better than the JCPOA, commonly known as the 'Iran Nuclear Deal', written by Barack Hussein Obama and the sleepy Joe Biden, one of the Worst Deals ever made regarding the Security of our Country. It was a Guaranteed Path to a Nuclear Weapon, which will not and cannot happen with the Deal we are working on," Trump said in a post on "TruthSocial."
The US president added that the Obama administration then gave the Iranian leadership $1.7 billion in "cash" to spend as they wished. Trump stressed that if he had not terminated this deal, Iran would have created nuclear weapons and used them against Israel and the entire Middle East.
