The Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama has distinguished himself in the ranking of the awards determined by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, receiving the highest class rating.
He stands in the same ranking as the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and the Spanish Prime Minister.
Rama has been praised for his significant contribution to strengthening interstate cooperation, supporting state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The decree of the President of Ukraine on awarding the Excellence Award to the Prime Minister of Albania was published today.
"I am proud of this event. "My sincere congratulations and my boundless gratitude for the support of my people in the difficult trials of the war", stated Zelensky.
