Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that Kiev must be at the same level, or in a stronger position than Russia to enter peace negotiations.
He stated that it will not matter in which city or country the talks take place or which leaders are present, as long as Ukraine is not in a weaker position than Moscow on the battlefield. Zelensky also lashed out at Putin, calling him a murderer who cannot set the terms of the deal.
" It is the minimum. Realistically, we should be stronger than that, but we should be very strong, even at the same level as the unity of the partners. They must speak to us with a policy of one voice. If we talk to Putin, it is with a plan – we cannot give him the opportunity to give us an ultimatum. He cannot give us an ultimatum because he is a murderer, a terrorist and he is alone in my mind ", he said.
