The local elections held today in several municipalities in Serbia have been accompanied by serious incidents and accusations of irregularities, according to media reports and statements by organizations on the ground.
According to N1 television and testimonies from students involved in monitoring the process, a team of journalists and students was attacked near polling station no. 34 in Bor. They state that the attackers used an axe, broke equipment and took cameras, while several people were injured and ended up in the emergency room.
Among those attacked was journalist Lazar Dinić, who, according to the Association of Independent Journalists of Vojvodina, was beaten and left bleeding, awaiting medical attention after his phone was stolen.

Meanwhile, the "Kreni-Promeni" movement announced the arrest of three of its observers in Aranđelovac, describing this action as a result of political pressure and media campaigns against dissidents. Their lawyers have immediately engaged in legal protection.
Allegations of irregularities have also been reported in other areas. An observer in Kula stated that in Sivac there are indications of parallel voter lists and vote buying. According to him, the police did not react in time, despite citizens' calls.

There were also reports of masked individuals near polling stations and tensions between observers and unidentified individuals. In some cases, according to testimonies, the police were present but did not actively intervene.
The opposition party "Srce" said the situation shows a weakening of the rule of law and accused the police of inaction in the face of attacks on journalists, activists and observers. According to it, the incidents are not isolated, but part of a pattern of pressure on the electoral process.

Official authorities have not yet provided a detailed response to all reported incidents. Meanwhile, field monitoring teams have stated that they will continue to monitor the process until the end of voting.
