A photo of two of the Titan ship victims is circulating on the web.
Billionaire Shazada Dawood and his 19-year-old son Suleman are seen smiling minutes before boarding the ill-fated submarine Titan to explore the famous ship 'Titanic' up close, a journey that ended irretrievably and tragically.
Both are properly dressed for the trip, wearing safety vests, special gloves and helmets. In the background of their last photograph, a gray ocean can be seen that would become their last home.
Meanwhile, we remember that despite the fact that the OceanGate company's submarine recently exploded and thus caused the death of five billionaires, it seems that the organizers of the "trip" have no intention of giving up these expeditions.
On the official website of OceanGate you can still see offers for trips to the wreck of the Titanic, as well as other "expeditions".
“Each expedition costs $250,000 per person, provides an underwater dive, private accommodation, necessary training and expedition equipment. The maximum capacity of the submarine is limited to six people", it is announced on the "OceanGate" website.
Also, it is emphasized that passengers on such trips get an exciting and unique experience.
“The submarine will not only provide you with an exciting and unique travel experience, but will also help the scientific community learn more about the wreck and the deep ocean environment. Each dive also has a scientific purpose, and you can learn more about our research on the site," the company's website says.
The company OceanGate organized a trip for five people, and the submarine lost communication with the ship and the surface a day after the dive. After several days of searching, it was found that the submarine had exploded, leaving the passengers not even a millimeter of chance of survival.
