Then a BIRN investigation revealed that Sali Berisha's daughter and her lawyer colleague, Flutura Kola, may have earned more than one million euros from the sale of a worthless agricultural land in the Porto Romano area of Albania for their client. Fazlic.
Soon after the transactions, Prime Minister Berisha included Fazllic's property in Porto Romano in an energy park, paving the way for refineries and power plants, as well as increasing the price of the land eightfold over the following years.

Unë nuk e nënshkrova këtë marrëveshje, pasi e konsiderova si ryshfet”, ka deklaruar ai.
Bëhet fjalë për një investim që ai kërkonte ta zhvillonte në Shqipëri në fushën e energjetikës me vlerë 100 milionë euro. Pra me pak fjalë, 3 mln euro do shkonin për vajzën e kryeministrit të asaj kohe.
Pra duket se britanikët janë informuar mirë mbi skandalet e Berishës dhe dosja është kopsitur, ndonëse ish-kryeministri pretendon se i kanë rënë në qafë kot. /Pamfleti
