For nearly 2 years, Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi have been criminally prosecuted, while for 5 months they have been charged with 6 charges, for criminal offenses that they committed jointly and separately.
The charges against them are for corruption, theft of public funds and assets, money laundering in construction, fictitious sales and purchases and concealment and non-declaration of assets, illegal financial transfers outside Albania, lobbying with foreign mafia circles and secret partnerships with Russian oligarchs. .
SPAK has completed the investigation against Meta and Kryemadhi; has notified them of the criminal charges and according to the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code, they should have been arrested and sent for trial.
Even BKH and SPAK have tried the use of Fatima e Drini Kryemadhi, Elona Guri, Muharrem Berisha, Bes Kallaku, Dod Doçit of the company "Lura-Lalz" and Gentian Sulaj of the villas "Kodra e Diellit", in hiding assets and cleaning money of the Meta-Kryemadhi couple.
But although the investigations have been completed, the legal deadlines of the entire criminal procedure for Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi have been exceeded and they are defendants, they are not being brought to trial.
For the criminal offenses that are accused, Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi; the prosecutor of the case has the obligation to take them to trial with the measures "Arrest in prison", as was done with other high officials, for the same criminal offenses and less consequences.
But the prosecutor of the case, Sotir Kllapi, is not asking for "prison arrest" measures against Ilir Meta, who is without a mandate and without immunity, and for Monika Kryemadhi, who is a member of parliament, he is not asking for permission from the Assembly to arrest him and brought them both to trial.
Why is the SPAK prosecutor, Sotir Kllapi, not closing the "brackets" for the arrest and bringing before the Special Court, the mafia couple Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi?!
For 4 months, from sources within the SPAK, the information has come out that the prosecutor Sotir Kllapi has taken to the Court, the request for the arrest of Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, but the court does not accept.
It may even be so, because Ilir Meta, just like within the SPAK, has his dark connections within the Special Court; but why are the prosecutor Sotir Kllapi and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, silent about the embarrassment, because they do not react and do not insist on their arrest?!
Or as it is said, it has not been taken to court at all, or the request for an arrest warrant has been withdrawn and bargains and games are being made, not to arrest them or even not to take them to trial at all, dragging out the case, perhaps with purpose of her rest.
Even if Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi have not committed any of the criminal offenses for which they have been charged; the former President should be arrested for the denigration and public threat that he continues to make to the leader of SPAK, Altin Dumani.
He continues to threaten Altin Dumani, because he has been charged and through threats, he intends not to be arrested for economic and financial crimes; not even be investigated for the murder of the witnesses and his collaborators in the affair, specifically the deceased Zamir Stefani, Qazim Tepshi, Eduard Belegu, etc.
In order to arrest Ilir Meta, these statements against SPAK by the leader Altin Dumani are enough:
