The power of the "Bankers" company, to get oil in billions of Euros and not to pay any tax or profit percentage to the state; in addition to the sums he gives to the bosses of Albanian politics, there is also a big financial affair made with them by the former Minister of Finance, Anila Denaj.
It is about a fine dated May 31, 2019, worth 84 million Euros, that Customs imposed on "Bankers", but the fine was written off and never paid, because the government dome made a deal with the Chinese.
This transaction was carried out by the former Minister of Finance, Anila Denaj, who, on July 17, 2019, ordered the Customs Directorate to delete the fine imposed on the company "Bankers" for defrauding the quantities and customs actions, in the export production of import of raw materials.
"Bankers" had not paid excise duty and had released 15 thousand 900 tons of oil thinner on the market, while the amount in the fiscal warehouse, without customs payments, was 83 thousand 700 tons.
The fiscal liability for this was 27 million Euros, which had to be paid to the account of Fier County Customs, where "Bankers" carries out oil extraction activities, while the company did not pay the customs duty, even after the first and second inspection, and was fined with 84 million Euros.
But after 2 months, on July 17, 2019, the fine was removed by order of the Minister of Finance, Anila Denaj, initially with suspension and after a week with deletion from the register of concession companies.
In her order, addressed to customs, Minister Anila Denaj says that the motive for canceling the 84 million Euro fine of "Bankers" is related to the large figure that damages the company, but the ministry does not have enough time and expertise to deal with this fine in court.
But according to the scenario, in parallel with the suspension of the fine and before its cancellation, Minister Anila Denaj allowed the bosses of "Bankers" to withdraw 270 million Euros outside of Albania, leaving the accounts empty, as a security measure that whatever happens, no financial value was found.
But in an information provided by "Pamphlet", it is said that SHISH has submitted to SPAK and in parallel to BKH, to the FBI representative at BKH and SPAK, an audio recording of June 2019, made by the Chinese of "Bankers" regarding with the bargain for forgiveness of the fine.
In the recording, it is heard that the Chinese gave a 15 million Euro bribe to the Minister of Finance Anila Denaj, as a reward for the forgiveness of the 84 million Euro fine and the penalties, while the Minister Anila Denaj says that this bargain was requested by the "long man" and that will take it to him.
In order to guarantee the forgiveness of the fine, "Bankers" went to trial on two levels and won them easily, supported by the Ministry of Finance and the State Bar, who accepted the forgiveness of the fine.
But after the outbreak of the scandal and the KLSH report, the Customs Directorate made a formal appeal to the Supreme Court, where on March 21, 2022, the decisions of the two levels were overturned, ordering the company "Bankers" to pay the fine of 84 million Euros and the penalties according legal calculation.
More than 2 years have passed since the decision of the Supreme Court, but the Chinese "Bankers" are not paying the fine of nearly 100 million Euros, while the government is not asking them, because according to the bargain made by Anila Denaj, the "tall" must return the 15 million Euro bribe.
The only way is for the SPAK to investigate this affair and force the mafia "Bankers" to pay the fine, and even investigate the robbery of Albanian oil and the granting of the concession by Ilir Meta, left in force by Fatos Nano, Sali Berisha and from 11 years also from Edi Rama without taxes and without rate of profit for the state coffers./ Pamphlet
